Losing Lions 23-69 Over Past 6 Years = 25% Winning

True quotes from three of the 2-10 Lions. I can't make this stuff up.

"We had our chance to win," Lions running back Kevin Jones said, "but at the end of the game, we gave it away."

"I though we did an excellent job of overcoming adversity, but I let them down," John Kitna said. "I can't feel any worse."

"Look, we're 2-10. It's a good 2-10," Roy Williams said, "but we always figure out a way to lose."

For those who keep score, the Lions backup QB, Josh McCown, has been converted to a wideout due to the Lions thin depth at the WR position. This is the same team with three top ten picks in four years at WR. McCown caught two Kitna passes for 15 yards today and now has one more catch and eight more receiving yards than poor Mike Williams, ex-USC all-world tub of lard.

It's now between Oakland and Detroit for #1 NFL draft pick. Can I get some action on this in Vegas anyone?

How about pressing Cade Mcnown as a wideout ?? It could only help, even if they print photos of that Playboy model in the Detroit papers...
